It's Thursday!

Hello, Everyone!

So, last night I watched Glee. It was amazing, as per usual. It made me really angry when Emma gave Will the speech about how there was nothing romantic about their relationship at all. We all know that they're going to end up together in the end. Especially since Will finally found out about his wife's baby, or lack thereof! He was SO mad, and I think that actor did it very well; I was scared for Terri. Also, the mattress commercial was a highlight. Although, I don't really understand why they were brave enough to do an embarrassing (but good) dancing and singing number on local TV, and yet they wouldn't do a silly yearbook picture. WHO CARES if people draw a Hitler moustache on your face or give you buck teeth? Glee is so silly sometimes. And yes, I realize that that's the point.

Yesterday, since I really had nothing to do, I decided to watch a horror movie that I have been waiting to watch for a while--Drag Me To Hell. I'm honestly still debating on whether or not the makers of this movie were trying to be ironic or not. Maybe I'm immune to horror movies after seeing around a million of them, but this movie was honestly a joke. I'm just not sure whether they were purposely making it into a joke or not. This movie is about a repulsive old Russian lady who puts a curse on this girl who refuses to put an extension on the lady's loan. After a hilarious fight scene in the parking lot, complete with the old lady literally sucking on the girl's chin with her denture-less mouth, the girl becomes cursed. The curse entails an evil GOAT SPIRIT that follows the girl around trying to literally drag her to hell through the ground.

Lastly, I've been watching a Japanese drama called "Absolute Boyfriend" about this girl who has no luck with men. She then gets surveyed about what qualities would make the "perfect man" by a business man who tells her that he can help. The day after she gets surveyed, she receives a robot man in the mail who is made to be her ideal boyfriend. It's really original and quite entertaining.

New Movie, New Jacob, New Moon...

I saw Stephanie Meyer's newest movie in the Twilight Saga New Moon on wednesday and what can I say it was great. I won't lie New Moon was probably the worse book in the series seriously after 100 pages of Bella pining, enough was enough. While it had moments of sheer brilliance (4 blank pages with the month on them...) I can gladly say the movie really stepped it up.

While I found it hilarious that there needed to be so much topless male werewolf walking around and jacob taking his shirt off for Bella a little to quick, i could look past this. While it was clear that jacob had hit the gym between the two movies it was necessary in order for him to become a werewolf.

I found the emails to alice to be an interesting way of telling us Bella's thoughts as she fell apart over Edward. however his memory still lingered every time she did something dangerous...

I did however feel like they slapped the ending on a little bit (the part in Italy) I would have loved to see a little more on the vultori, and more upcoming to being in Italy like more of Alice's visions. But i knew the ending would save this movie if it was like the book a little slow, but they did such a good job and I feel took it to where it needed to go.

I found the way they showed Edward leaving Bella was much clearer in the fact that it pained him to do so and that he did it for her so she didn't get in danger... But i'm team Edward so that could be bias... In saying that I think Jacob was very good and he didn't annoy me as much. I can't wait to see how his character grows in Eclipse...

Now i look to the Future with Eclipse out in June this movie will really Bring it! Vampires and Werewolves fighting side by side!

Did i mention that Alice rocks?

Moving Forward

Ok so it has been a while since i have updated anything, but with being away and such and now being back and able to find some time here is a post.

Since right now we have 5 People i think it is just easiest if we post once per weekday mon-fri and if you wish to post on the weekend then Yay! for you haha. Lets start as of next week! This gives people the time to start thinking over the weekend.

As far as i know Jesse wanted to do thursday and i was going to do wednesday but i think i might do Mondays.

let me know which days you would all like to do or are easiest. Even if they aren't the longest posts thats fine just a quick comment can be enough.

But try to let your creativity out and have some fun. Like i said this is just a fun space where we can read about pop culture like things.

Not much else to say so getting thinking!!!! And if you need some direction let me know...

Just what is this random space about?!?!

First off i would like to thank you all for joining me on this blog.

For those that are confused as to what this space will be here is a brief explanation:

Basically this space was designed to be for everyone interested in geek, pop culture, tech, rants and to share ideas new with everyone in this space as a way of coming together as geeks in general.

The basic idea I had in mind was to have 7 people and have each of them post once a week but having 5 we can still make it work with a mon-fri (The order of this will be decided once i get this place going). Thats not to say we won't have more then 7 but we will see how it goes.

This would mean that we all blog minimum once per week. Something that I think is doable. You can of course post more and I encourage it.

This space is to make everyone feel welcome so no flaming, hating or bad language. I am supreme overlord and can delete anything I think is bad!

I'm working on a cool sketch to sit above this space and hopefully improve this page beyond basic templates (*glares at Brady).

But I'm happy for people to start blogging!

So have fun using this space and I look forward to seeing interesting posts...

Any questions post a comment.
